My container isn’t full. Am I getting what I paid for?
Yes! Our products are measured and sold by weight. When we dispense our powders into the containers, the containers are nearly full. During shipping, the powders settle, leaving the extra space. We recommend shaking the powder up to loosen it and to ensure that you are getting the most accurate serving. Rest assured; you still have all of your servings. If you have a food scale at home, you can weigh each scoop to get the exact serving size in grams.
Can products be used after their Best Before date?
In general, nutritional values begin to decline after the Best Before Date. Ecofitfood supplements are usually safe to consume for some time after the Best Before Date but use caution and if any product begins to smell “off” or show any signs of spoilage, it should be discarded, regardless of the Best Before date. Follow guidelines for storage, and the product may last longer.
Do you offer coupons?
On occasion, we have printed coupons, which can be found on products within store locations. If you are looking for an online discount, sign up for our weekly newsletter, which notifies you when we have an online sale or promo code available.
How do I sign up for a product Subscription?
Almost all our products are offered with a subscribe and save option. If you see this option available for the product you want to buy, simply select the “subscribe and save” option and choose your preferred delivery frequency and then add to cart. When you checkout, ensure you are logged in by creating a Ecofitfood account if you don’t already have one. By creating an account, you will be able to manage your subscription and make changes/cancellations. Be sure to verify your account from the activation email you will receive.
How do I make changes to a subscription?
You can swap a product, add a rewards discount, skip an order, cancel a subscription, change your recurring order date, and update your address.
All changes to subscription orders (flavor change, cancellation, etc.) need to be made at least 48 hours prior to the subscription processing date. To make a change, login into your Ecofitfood account.
