FREE SHIPPING

You asked for it. We delivered (pun intended). Enjoy free shipping on U.S. Shipped Orders.

Free U.P.S. Home Delivery on U.S.A. orders $70 or more!  Excludes U.S. Territories:New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING

Let’s say your order is below $70, you pay only $5.95 to get that order to your door. You’re welcome!

Flat rate shipping of $25 applies to Hawaii and Alaska.

Flat Rate Shipping of $35 applies to U.S. Territories: American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Puerto Rico, Marshal Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

MANAGE DELIVERIES

We have developed automated systems to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to you. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been submitted to us.

We ship orders using FEDEX and UPS Shipping Services. To manage your delivery, we invite you to create your own free, personal UPS My Choice® account, or FedEx’s Delivery Manager®, which puts the control of your delivery into your hands!

NOTES ON SHIPPING

Most orders ship out within two business days from when the order is placed. Transit time varies between 2-5 days. Deliveries occur 7-days a week.

Our team monitors orders regularly but if your order has not shipped and it’s been more than three business days, we invite you to inquire with our support team so we can assist and help get your order moving. It is possible, there may be an unforeseen processing issue that will require our attention.

We follow the shipping information you provide during checkout to the letter. We trust you know your address better than anyone, so Ecofitfood is not liable for delivery errors or any lost, held, or damaged packages due to an incorrect shipping address. Please enter your information with care. Addresses cannot be updated or changed after the order has been submitted.

We cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address for shipping to prevent delays and lost packages.

Ecofitfood is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when the carrier establishes proof of delivery. A claim must be submitted to the carrier and reported to local authorities.

Rewards Points do not apply to shipping fees and/or tax.

Please note that all orders with a ‘Fulfilled’ status will be considered a final sale 6 months from the fulfillment date. Most shipping carriers do not store tracking information past 6 months, and recommend printing delivery confirmation for your personal records.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDER SHIPPING

All changes to subscription orders (flavor change, cancellation, etc.) need to be made at least three(3) business days prior to the subscription processing date. Login to your Ecofitfood Account to make changes.

Free Home Delivery on Subscription orders $70 or more!  Discounted Subscription order shipping rate of $5.95 applies for orders under $70.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

We offer optional package protection for a small fee at checkout. 

Ecofitfood cannot be held responsible for what happens during transit once the packages leave our facility. The shipments become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. The shipping carriers are separate businesses from Ecofitfood and although we wish we could, we don’t have the ability to coordinate each delivery or have visibility on the shipment. As such, we’re not able to control mistakes or errors of a third-party carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. For this reason, we offer shipping insurance at checkout. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.

If shipping insurance is opted out of, the customer agrees that Ecofitfood is not responsible and will not send a free replacement.
